For a very modest fee you will benefit from two half days with members of the Badger audit team. The auditors can concentrate on areas that are of immediate concern to you. Alternatively, you might prefer to allow them to review all your procedures.
The people carrying out the audit will be true HR professionals, trained to the highest standards yet able to relate to all sizes of company. They will have worked with major clients around the world and with SMEs. They will not pull punches but they will be discreet and sensitive.

At the end of the exercise you will receive a full report detailing good and not so good practices, areas of excellence and areas for improvement. You will also be given an action plan/checklist to follow. You may choose to work the plan through yourselves or with Badger Associates. There will be no obligation and the plan will be designed to be freestanding.
