Three in five people looking to move jobs in 2015.
Almost three out of five workers are considering moving jobs in 2015, 10% more than last year, because they are unhappy in their current roles, a new report has found.
A study by Investors In People (IIP) found that job satisfaction was more important than pay, while feeling valued at work also rated highly.
The accreditation service said its survey of 2,000 adults revealed growing optimism about job opportunities.
Paul Devoy, head of IIP, said: “As the UK economy warms up, staff are thinking about where their career is headed and are aware of the opportunities out there. The research should be a stark wake-up call to many businesses.
“These companies must work hard to retain the staff they have and also put the effort into attracting top quality talent from elsewhere.”
